FORTES, Susan T. of Boston, passed December 19, 2023.  Daughter of the late Antonio & Katherine T. (Alyward) Fortes.  Loving mother of Latara Fortes, Antoinette Fortes, Michael Coull, Scott Coull, Jordan Jones, Christian Jones and Tayla Blair. Sister of James Layward and Joseph Fortes.Grandmother of Anthony Sernedo, Shane, Tyler, Devon & Jarrel Lahue, Michael , Chyanne and Aleesha Coull,and Tanya Medeiros. Great grandmother of Maya and Cayden Coull and Amaria Alicea.

Visiting hours are THURSDAY at Mann Rodgers Funeral Home, 44 Perkins Street Jamaica Plain from 11 am - 1pm.  Relatives and friends invited.

Interment private.
