OLIVER S. KNIGHT Obituary
It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Oliver Knight, who departed this life on September 15, 2024, at the age of 68. Born on January 25, 1956, in St. Michael's, Barbados, from the Eagle Hall area, Oliver later moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where he lived for many years and ultimately passed away.
Oliver was a dedicated employee of the MBTA Bus service, where he worked for many years, building a strong sense of community with his colleagues and passengers alike. His love for cars was well-known, as he enjoyed spending time working on them and admired their craftsmanship. Along with his passion for cars, he had a deep affection for collecting various items, finding joy in the little things that sparked his interest.
Oliver was a proud father to four children: Raymond Knight, Chantelle Knight, Robert Knight, and Rasheed Knight. He was also blessed with two grandchildren through his son Raymond, whom he cherished deeply.
While his physical presence will be sorely missed, Oliver’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. His legacy of hard work, his love for cars, and his collection of treasured memories will be remembered by all who knew him.
Rest in peace, Oliver. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
