O'CONNELL, Kim N. of Roslindale, passed April 25, 2025.  Beloved daughter of Beatrice (Dumont) Johnson and the late William P. Johnson.  Loving wife of Kevin O'Connell for 48 years.

Mother of Kevin O'Connell and his wife Maria, Kristopher O'Connell and his wife Taylor, Kelly Pietrzak and her husband Jason and Tracy LaFontaine.  Sister of  Daniel Johnson and his wife Jacqueline of Medway, Diane Hechavarria and her husband Joseph of Nashua and Nancy McCarthy and her husband Paul of Roslindale.  Also survived by her grandchildren Kailey, Zella and Graciela.

Kim worked for the town of Brookline as a Clerk Magistrate for 44 years.  She was a huge activist in her community and enjoyed helping others and  Kim loved her country and was a very Patriotic person.  Her hobbies were gardening and exploring  the paranormal.  Some might say she was a real "Ghostbuster" lol.  Holidays were really important to her as well, always going that extra mile to make sure her family celebrations were full of love and laughter.

Kim loved her family and adored her grandchildren. They were always number one. Family meant everything to her.  She enjoyed their vacations together to Mexico every year.  Being at the ocean was a favorite of hers.

We will cherish these memories forever..  She will truly be missed. 

Funeral from Mann Rodgers Funeral Home, 44 Perkins St, Jamaica Plain, THURSDAY, May 1st at 9:30 am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St Thomas Aquinas Church, 97 South St, Jamaica Plain at 10 o'clock.  Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 pm.  Relatives and friends invited.  Interment St Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
