Beloved wife of John Elson, Sr. Loving mother of John Elson, Jr. & his wife Latoya Thompson and the late Jamie Elson. Sister of Sean & his wife Carol McCarthy and the late Ellen McGlame . Grandmother of Jaxton & Logan Elson. Beloved daughter of the late Florence & Geraldine (Curtain) McCarthy.
Joann loved to travel and visit other countries and spend her summers on Cape Cod. She loved to laugh and listen to music and spending a lot of time with her grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be WEDNESDAY, Dec. 3rd at Mann Rodgers Funeral Home, 44 Perkins Street, Jamaica Plain from 4 - 8 pm. Relatives and friends invited.
Interment will be private.
