Jennifer Pons of Hyde Park passed away on July 25, 2022. She was born in Dominican Republic to Rafael Pons and Mercy Terrero. Jennifer was the beloved mother of Exavier and Elijah. She will truly be missed by her sons, parents, siblings, extended family, friends and many more.
