DANIEL ALICEA Death notice

ALICEA, DANIEL C. from Jamaica Plain, June 28th.

Daniel “D Voiz” Alicea, 33, of Jamaica Plain passed unexpectedly on Monday, June 28th. Daniel was born in Boston, MA to Carlos Alicea and Alba Cirino. He was father to Soraya and Daniel Alicea. He loved them dearly and spoke about them every opportunity he had. His children were his pride and joy. Daniel is survived by his four sisters Nydia Isabel, Maria Rosa, Damari, and Lisa Marie Alicea. He was a loving, supportive, and protective brother. In addition to his siblings, Daniel is survived by his grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Aside from his children, Daniel’s biggest admiration was his music. Daniel, better known as D Voiz, was passionate about music and spent most of his time engineering, producing, and singing. He dreamed about becoming a famous singer and being able to make his family proud. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. While today we say goodbye, his music will live with us forever.
