Alice (Callahan) Lynch

Alice (Callahan) Lynch, 71 of Holyoke, passed away Apr 27th with her loving family by her side.  She was born Oct. 28, 1945, daughter of the late Daniel & Helen (Rock) Callahan.  Loving wife of the late Martin V (Chip) Lynch, Jr.   Sister of Brian & his wife A. Loretta, Edward & his wife Carol and the late Kevin & Francis Callahan.  Also survived by 16 nieces & nephews and many great nieces & nephews. Alice lived in Boston her entire life.  She graduated from Mission Church High School and UMass, Amherst.  She worked at Brigham & Woman’s Hospital for more than 30 years for Dr. Michael Gimbrone, Jr.  She will be remembered by her many friends and family as a kind and loving person and for her beautiful smile.  Funeral Services from Mann & Rodgers Funeral Home, 44 Perkins St (corner of So..Huntington Ave) Jamaica Plain on Friday at 8:15am followed by a Funeral Mass at Mission Church, Roxbury at 9 oclock. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8pm. Relatives & friends invited.  Interment at Holyhood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mission Grammar School, 94 St Alphonsus St. Roxbury, MA 02120 or to The Alzheimer's Association, 30 Waverly Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA  02452
