ELIZABETH K. POLUCCI

POLUCCI, Elizabeth (Geary) 97, of Jamaica Plain, formerly of Watertown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3rd. She is survived by her sons Gerald Polucci and his wife Patricia, and Thomas Polucci, her grandchildren Gerald Polucci and Lisa Polucci Yamada and her husband Kei, and her great-grandson Harry Yamada.  Betty was a long time employee of G. K. Hall & Co. in Boston and a member of Mensa who volunteered her time on many Democratic political campaigns.  She was an amateur painter and loved music, singing, reading, and animals.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Sophia Snow House, 1215 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132 are suggested. Elizabeth spent several years of her life there in the very good and loving care of the wonderful staff at Sophia Snow House. Funeral Services will be held at  Mann & Rodgers Funeral Home, 44 Perkins St, Jamaica Plain on Wednesday at 11am.  Visiting Hours will be 9:30-11am.  Relatives and friends invited.  Interment St Joseph's Cemetery, W.
